This weekend, October 1-3, is a national-scale event in Providence, RI, that I am proud to have been involved with for the past three years. A Better World by Design is a conference on design for social and environmental impact that is completely organized by a team of twelve students at Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design. It brings together forward-thinking students with thought-leading innovators from around the country.
And unlike most conferences of its scale, it doesn’t break the bank to attend. $200 for the three-day event; $40 for students.
