Everyone has complaints about software / public infrastructure / services / products they use on a regular basis. This feedback is gold, but not many of these nuggets make it to places where it can be acted upon. Imagine if all of this was conveyed to the right decision makers. Of course, this kind of feedback is not the only factor in decision making, and sometimes it is ignored, but conveying it – to customer support / as issues in public repositories / to representatives in government – is a way to give it a shot. And sometimes it will have an impact, not only for you, but for everyone else in your situation.
