WordPress Plugin – Simple Top Commenters

I had been looking for a plugin to display a list of the top commenters on my personal site. There was an original plugin called Show Top Commentators for WordPress 2.x that had broken after the WordPress 2.8-or-so upgrade with the advent of widgets. Then another developer built off of the original and created another plugin called Top Commentators Widget, but alas, that was broken as of WordPress 3.0.1.

So I built my own – simpler this time.
